Would like to know where to grease the throttle plate on this engine. Cannot move the throttle plate by the throttle arm / lever without helping it along by hand. The engine runs find but cannot speed up or slowdown with throttle. Do I need to remove the flywheel in order to grease the throttle plate. Is there a place I can download a free service manual for this engine.

You have to remove fly-wheel and armature plate and re-grease.
