Evinrude 3.5 hp

Hello all, new here and new to Evinrude. I'm trying to identify exactly what I have so I can get it running like it should. The closest thing I can find to a model number so far is written as 3BR-2(E3R4AAC). A little to the right of that is EVF3.5B. I have tried several model reference guides and have not been able to find numbers like this. I did find an Operators Guide that specifies 2012 and "AA" Models. I believe it is a 2013/14 model since it has a sticker that says it conforms to 2014 California and U.S. EPA emission regulations. More to the point, I believe it needs carb adjustment and/or rebuild and I am trying to gather enough information to get it done. Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks, that helps. I was able to find references to E3R4AAA and E3R4AAB, but so far nothing shows E3R4AAC. The plot thickens.
