Evinrude 25 SUPER?

Hello everyone. I was looking for boat motors and came across this. The seller says that the motor has been stored for a long time, it has not been used for a long time. But after searching the Internet I could not find anything about the inscription ''SUPER'' on the cap. And I also could not find out the year of manufacture. The motor is sold for 350 euros.

I was unable to attach a photo to the post, so here is a link to Google Drive:

I think those manual primers, (decals by the primer pump) were from ‘84-‘87
The RSM Decodes as rope start, saltwater approved, military.

I bought this motor. It is new, you can tell by the bolts and everything. I won't be able to check it until Tuesday. Probably later when I test it I'll send the video to Google Drive. I'll tell you.

Ok, I added a video and a couple of photos to Google Drive. The video shows the motor, and the photo shows the fuel tank that came with it. And the last photo shows the boat that the seller gave me for another 150 euros. I paid 500 euros for everything. By the way, I checked the gearbox, the oil is some kind of crap, I will have to change it. I also unscrewed the spark plugs and looked, it looks new. I wanted to ask if there should be an air filter here. And maybe it’s worth doing something else besides replacing the impeller.

There are no air filters. Not much dust on the water
Zodiac is easily worth 150, as long as it holds air!
Will you run it in the river around Riga or one of the small lakes in Latvia, or out in the Baltic?
If it’s been sitting for years, I would be inclined to spray some fogging oil into the spark plug holes and pull it over a few times by hand.

Zodiac does not hold air. Blows out from the back. Then we will fix it and sell it. And yes, I am from Latvia. I plan to use it on the Lielupe River. On Monday we will go to register it and I hope it will work out.

Hello again. Had fun today. I decided to take a little risk and not check the engine in a barrel and not change the pump. Came to the river, prepared everything and swam out. Started somewhere at 5 stretch, just needed to add accelerator. At first, the water from the water control did not flow very well. Then it became great. We went about 10 km, swam for 3 hours. Developed a speed of 35 km / h. I am sure that 40+ is possible, but after 35 it is as if something hits the boat very hard on the bottom. Need to move the angle adjustment hole to 3. And also, the carburetor gives too much fuel, there was so much that sometimes there were even misfires. I adjusted it a little and it is almost perfect. Now I will add photos and videos to Google Drive.
