I did not do the original work on this one. I can find no guidance from Evinrude on wiring set up to deal with two alternators. They used 12 gage twisted for the ground and I am in the process of changing this to 4 gage are required in the book.

I cannot identify which wire connects to the port tach. The original installer use a yellow wire on the starboard and green on the port which makes no sense. Port doesn't work and I've tried three tachs. Any ideas?
