Engine was stuck in the down position when I got back to the ramp. Tilt-trim motor runs but nothing moves. Was able to get the boat to the parking area. Unscrewed the relief valve with no problem. Motor was raised by hand and locked in the up position. The next day tried to unscrew the fill cap on the reservoir so I could refill and it would not budge. Used a blow torch the largest flat-head screw driver I could find. With two guys, still could not get it to unscrew. Is there some special flat tool used to remove this cap? This must be a common problem with older engines - any ideas on how to remove this so I can refill with new fluid?
