Evinrude 1970 60hp spark problem missfire

Hello!
I have some serios problem getting my motor to fire right!
Any one have a manual or somting i can check to check what is wrong.
Do some one know what can be the problem?
It shot like a shot some time and some times it dosent even ignite the fuel.
What can be wrong?
i got it to run for a while then i noticed my fly wheel key broke in 2 after a missfire.

Remove flywheel.-----Remove stator and distributor cap.------Clean and set the breakers at 0.010" or .25 mm.---Inspect anti-reversing spring.--Clean all parts of cap and rotor.----Replace the rubber boots on wires at the distributor cap.----Note the wires screw into the cap.

What is the gap size on the ignition things under the flywheel?
What is tapers?
Where is anti-reversing spring.?
What dose anit revers spring do?
What place should the ignitionplate be at?

See post # 2 for gap size of the " ignition things "---------Anti reversing spring shuts motor off should it want to run backwards.---And yes those motors can and will run backwards without that spring around the crankshaft.

But it will not start...
Now it fires abit then just keep turning what is wrong then?
It has really nice spark.
where should the slow speed jet be at?
The jet that sticks out the back of the carb.

Yes. It should have a minimum of 9.5 volts at the pack when cranking.
I have spark Against. Should all spark at The same time?
It looks like they spark at the same time not sure if they do! and no they dont i have filmed in slowmotion.
I get it to fire once and it missfire and it sounds like a gunshot what is wrong then?
It comes alot of smoke from the exhuast when it trys to start.

The sparkplug wires are going to the correct sparkplug ???--------------There are numbers on the distributor cap to say where they go.
 
What is the order on it?
i only have a nr 2 on the middel cylinder not sure wich is 1 and 3 becouse it dosent say on the cabels.
And the cabels are diffrent lenght so it's hard to pick wrong.
123 is the order i guess.
You know any videos where it shows the distributor and where each cabel goes?
What way should the arm for the sparking be in? left or right? wich is advanced spark?

I got it working now!
Problem is now it has really high RPM and when i put the advanced ignition back to first possition it almost die what do i do wrong? To much fuel? to littel fuel?
