Evinrude 1965 9.5 not getting any fuel

I've got a 1965 9.5 that hasn't been run since February. It was last run with a Stabil mix. Now it won't start. It runs for a few seconds when I dump pre-mix in the carb, but that's it. The fuel pump is working, but the plugs are dry when I pull them. I've never experienced no fuel before with carb problems, usually its too much fuel. Any ideas? Thanks.

Are you actually getting fuel into the carb. Possibly a stuck float or needle vale if you are not.

If carb is filling Ok then a carb clean will be the next thing on the agenda

Sounds like your needle is stuck in the seat. Will have to remove the carb and check it out.
