"I have a 18 HP Evinrude. It runs ok for about 20-30 minutes at best in the water then it starts to run like crap. It has brand new plugs in it but it was running crappy before. I was thinking abour rebuilding the carb on it. Then when it starts to run real crappy, it will not go as fast, looses power, and acts like it is almost coughing."
