"Hi. I am new to the site. I just got a Evinrude 18 with the first part of the serial number being 18002E. So, I think that makes it a 1970 model. What is the fuel mix for this motor? There is no where on it that shows a model number. Thanks"
 
18002 is the model number for

18002 is the model number for a 1970 18hp!

The fuel mix is 50:1 using an 2 stroke outboard engine oil to TCW-3 spec

Thanks for the help. That is what I thought it was. I was hoping though that it could be the same mix as my 1961 5.5 Johnson but its 24:1. Oh well.
