"I have problem with my 175 oceanpro which i bought last month (2nd hand but serviced)
first start, there was excessive smoke, dies shortly after started. With pushing enricher continous, i was able to keep it idle, put in gear and when speeds up, it was running smooth, even with wot, but spending lot bof oil and smoke.
i checked the sparks (ok), checked the compressions (ok)
then i clogged the oil line to vro from tank, detach the low oil alarm junctions, of course mix the oil to gas. Replaced the spark plugs, cleaned the carburetors.
now it is starting normal, idling, but when i put into gear, it stalls after running few minutes. Or it dies when i am trying to speed it up.
I can only speed it up using choke button. When it reaces 1000 rpm or more it seems it is running smoothly and continously.
Can anybody help?
