"Have 15hp evinrude 1979. Rep

"Have 15hp evinrude 1979. Replaced power pack and plugs. Motor will start now , but wont idle at low idle. There is some backfiring at times. I also tried ajusting slow idle knob. I notice a lot of rust in cyclinder. Old plugs where pretty rusted."
