Evinrude 150 hp powerhead

Well, I need a new powerhead for my Evinrude 150. I don't know what year the motor is. How can I tell? I'm guessing between 1995-1999. Also where is the best deal on a pwerhead and what price can I expect to pay for a completed job. Internet prices look to be about 3000-3500 for the powerhead alone. Oneoutboard in Sunbury Pa says they will do it for $3850 complete but there is alot of bad stories to read about them on the internet.

Is there no model # on the motor ???--------------If not , you need to post a bunch of pictures so it can be identified by the graphics.----------You also need to post your whereabouts as somebody near you may be able to help.
