2000 Evinrude 15 hp 4 stroke.

2000 Evinrude 15 hp 4 stroke. How does one remove and replace the lower spark plug? Access is blocked by the fuel pump and hoses.

"I've got a 1996 4-stroke 9.9 Evinrude ... and that bottom plug is a pain in the A$$ to get out, and back in. But it can be done without removing the bottom cover ... just have to have the right combination of adapters for your socket wrench!"
