Evinrude 115 hard start

"I have a 1996 Evinrude 115 mo

"I have a 1996 Evinrude 115 motor. When it is first started (outside temp above 80 degrees)It cranks over but won't start right away. I choke it until it tries to start, then I crank it without the choke. It cranks for a few seconds, seems like it tries to start, then kicks out the starter drive. I have to repeat this several times until it finally starts. Once it starts it runs great. Am I choking too much or not enough?Any ideas?"
