Evinrude 100s Hydralic tilt

I am looking for a print on th

I am looking for a print on the hydraulic lift for my outboard as there is a cylinder on one side of the lift that does not connect to the hydraulic pump and there are no positions for the lines
It appears to be a dampener for the lift I think
I need to know the inside construction of this cylinder.
