Every thing checks out fine

My compression reading is 110

My compression reading is 110 on all 3 cyl. my spark is blue and can jump more than a 7/16 gap on my spark tester. I've put 3 new plugs in "do you know what they should be gap at" also what is the best repair manual out there for that engine.
I haven't taken it out since the day it ran bad all i can think of is maybe i had to much weight on the back we had 12gal of gas 2 bat. and 3 guys is the center to back of the boat. but I don't under stand why the it felt like it was only running 1/2 throttle. I'll take it out this weekend by myself and see what happens.

Your "everything checks ou

Your "everything checks out" is only 1/2 of the story. Very likely a carburetor or fuel issue. You should also check out the linkage going to the timer base to make sure that hasn't come apart on you.
