I have a late eighties 60 VRO outboard. I'm pretty sure the fule pump has gone out. The carb is full of oil. Also to start the motor it has to be fully choked, then when it does start, it only runs for a bit at "WFO". It seems the linkage is messed up. Any thoughts of how to adjust this? HELP PLEASE
