Heading back from lake ontario on Monday.
Hopefully i didn't do any gear damage running 3000 rpm at 9 mph??

Gear damage ???---Then check gear oil and check magnet on drainplug.------The switch is on the motor.-----Find it .----Test it .----Guess work gets expensive.

Yes, that was my plan on the gear oil.
Really appreciate the input information here.
