"I have an etec 250 on a Balistic rib. The throttle seems to need adjusting as the throttle hits it stops at half power and doesn't start reving until near the endstop.
Not knowing much about engines, how do you make this adjustment. Is it the throttle end or the engine end? Is it easy to do?
Any advise would be welcome.
