Need help with an eska motor

Need help with an eska motor do not have any info on it..... it was bought back in the 80's and has not been put on the boat since the early 90's..... need to know what kind of oil mixture we need to put in it and gas mixture what are the ratio's..... also is it safe to even try to start it? Can anyone help? Please

I do not have the model #. So it is 24 parts of gas to one part of oil..... and you are saying that it is safe to run it after that. Should I change the spark plug also.
