I have a 1982 evinrude 15 hp outboard. I replaced the coils, power pack, water pump, fuel pump, lower unit oil, spark plugs/wires and carb rebuilt. On the way to the fishing spot the engine was at full speed, idled up and shut off ( like it was leaned out) and will not start. The engine has spark, the fuel pump is pumping, the reed valves are in good shape so why will it not run? Can anyone PLEASE HELP?
