Engine stalls after short rub

I have a 2004 90hp Johnson 2 stroke. Has run great til yesterday. It will hesitate when throttling but then quickly get on plane. However after a short run maybe 1minute it will bog down and stall. The bulb seems to be soft and doesn't appear to be getting fuel. It happens very suddenly and dies. Also hard to start afterword. I can eventually get it back to dock but have no idea what problem could be. Any ideas? Sorry title says short rub obviously should be short run.

Have you tried loosening the fuel cap or is there a vent screw on the cap?

I tried loosening the cap and tightening it again. There is no vent on the gas cap. There is one located below on the hull but it appears fine. Thanks for suggestion.
