engine shut down

I have a 1996 325 Carver that is periodically shutting down while cruising at 2200 RPM. This has happened to me about 8 times. I've changed the distributor cap, wires, checked for water in the fuel, changed the fuel filter twice, sprayed carburetor fluid in the jets, and checked gas tank and fuel pick up tubes, All appear clean. After starting the engine and running for 30 minutes the engine starts sputtering and takes 10 seconds to die. I immediately restart the engine and can run for 3 hours without the stoppage reappearing. The next days the same thing happens again. Flame arresters have also been cleaned. What else should I check? Is this a problem that other crusader owners are having? There are 1100 hours in the engines

More details on the engine may help-specific crusader model number and it's serial number.

Fuel system plumbing description may help too. ..

Have you checked for a good spark when the problem engine acts up?

Probably something simple but you need to be methodical in troubleshooting vs random to be efficient..
