Engine rpms not holding in certain ranges. Df200a

Ive been having some trouble for a couple months now on my port 2021 df200ap, it's currently using more fuel and won't stay between ~3200-4700 and not above 5400 but fine in-between those rpms, I've replaced: injectors, map sensor, high pressure fuel pump and filter. Im thinking it might be a sensor but not sure?? Starboard motor has no problems. The rpms just slowly fall until I give it enough that it jumps up to 4700+rpm then won't go above 5400.

Fixed. It was a bad fuel pressure regulator.
