Engine idling issues 88 HP Eninrude

I have a 1980 88 hp Evinrude that has issues starting when cold and doesn't like to idle long. Went through new gas checked timing, plugs, new fittings on fuel lines (helped a little). My question is this motor used to be used on the Missouri river and i am in Colorado elevation 4500. This motor has fixed orifices. Is there somewhere I can find out what orifices I would need at this elevation. Please advise./ It runs good at intermediate and top speed. Thanks a lot Butch
