Engine identification

Hello I have purchased a GM 4.3L Short block and I was told it was a reman block. I am trying to identifi the block and get torque specs so I can check clearences on the mains and rods. The block casting # is 12600234 any help would be greatly apprieciated. Thank You

Ayuh,..... The Mercruiser factory shop manuals cover that, as well as a standard Chevy shop manual,.....
