I've never owned a boat before, never planned on it. I was selling an old trailer and a guy offered to trade an old randall craft with a 70hp evinrude. The randal craft hin says it's an 84. I've been trying to id the motor but I can't find the tag anywhere. Only marking I've found is a stamped "C" on the top right side of the transom. It's a 3 cylinder and that's all I've been able to find, I'll attach some pictures. I also have a few questions about the motor if there is a guru on here that knows what's up and wants to help a fella out.

In the other images, if you know what the pictured things are id love to get an idea what they are. The picture with the Grey circular things, 2 of 3 have a crack, will that be an issue?
