I take my boat out cruising and when I pull back the throttle to dock one of my engines dies. It won't start again until it cools down. Does anyone know what the problem could be or how to fix it?

Not enough informaton on boat/

Not enough informaton on boat/engine here. Could be fuel as in pump or could be electrical. You need to do some basic troubleshooting to see if you have fuel and or spark in the right places.

"First of all, you need to do a little trubleshooting! The easiest thing on earth, when it dies, is to pull the coil wire from the distributor and see if there's spark. If so, look at the fuel system. If not, replace the igntion module and see if that gets it.
