Engine Cover Parts

I'm looking for a source for a part (the lower front) to the engine cover for a 4 HP, 2 cyl Evinrude (1991; Model E4RIA, though it will apparently quite a few years and models).

That portion of the cover (lower front) is Marine Engine Part # 0211579
Evinrude #0211579 or #0211956
Also once available as and after-market OMC0211956 . . .but now tough to find (which is not surprising, when you consider how easy they are to break)

Does anyone know a source?

Use this sites part finder and look up 211578. Says lower cover, so might be it. $30.00. Looked on ebay... no go. Good Luck.
