Hello All, Newbie here with some general guidance needed. I tried to advance search several times but I'm probably missing someone else's post covering this.
I have a '93 SeaRay 180 with the 4.3L Mercruiser engine, My thunderbolt IV ICM is no longer functional, power at the purple wire at the ICM and No power at the White/Red wire coming out of the ICM. The Replacement module is $627 after tax in my area. I am Replacing the Thunderbolt System with a Pertronix marine distributor https://www.summitracing.com/parts/pnx-d207810 that's the link for the one I purchased.
My concern is what modifications do I need to do the wiring other cutting out the Mercruiser ignition control wires out to make this work?
