Elgin motor year and oil mix

just bought an old 10' jo

just bought an old 10' jon boat and motor. It is an Elgin mod# 57158211 ser.# 2115817. They said it ran but oil mix they were not sure. Can you tell me it's year and what the oil mix should be if it does indeed run.
