electrical 1985 70 hp

I have a 1985 70 hp evinrude. I just purchased an electrical block for the motor. It is plastic and my question is how do i re connect the wires to the new block since it is not threaded.

I think they use " self tapping screws "-------------If you do not have them , then see the dealer to be sure.
