egine question.

Hello my name is mar and I am new to the forum. I recently got a 1989 bayliner Capri 19' and has a force 125 hp engine . I have a friend that is giving me a 165 mercuiser with everything.will this engine fit in the Capri. Thanks for anyone's time.
