ECU for TLDI md115a / md115a2

Hi

Do you know if the ecu from a md115a2 will work with a md115a model?

When I go through the parts list, it looks pretty much similar.

They are completely different part numbers, so they are not identical. Would it work? perhaps. The A model was made prior to 2010. The A2 has a lot of improvements, including changed ignition curves, etc., and uses less fuel.
