early mercruiser sterndrive parts?

I have a 1969 model boat with the original merc sterndrive (120hp engine).... I went into the MarineEngine parts to look for gaskets, seals and a gimbal bearing, but all I find is engine parts.... where do we get parts for the MC-1 drive units? thanks

Depending in the parts some may be no longer available. If your bearing is held in place by a snap ring and brass shim stock change to the newer bearing . Drive it in and omit the snap ring.
The drive may not be an MC-1 but a I, II, or III type

the gimbal bearing was held in by a heavy snap ring.... does this indicate the model, as I have no idea what it is other than what I have read on the internet...

the partially obliterated serial number as written on the merc tag on the outdrive is 2649?????.... I have no idea how many numbers should be after the last visible number.... thanks

what is the "newer" bearing part number, or where would I find reference to it to determine what part number I need?

Gimbal bearing for the Alpha 1 Sierra 18-2100
Remove the snap ring, plastic collar, brass shim stock, clean housing , drive in new bearing with the correct tool
The MC1 and Alpha 1 drives are bolt on after changing the input shaft of the drive and/or the reverse lockout mechanism
