E50BELCIC IDLE TIMING?

I have an 1981 Rudy and although I have a Selcor manual, it only gives WOT timing of 19* I am looking for IDLE timing numbers if anyone could help

Timing rarely goes out of adjustment on these.----What is your motor doing / not doing ?
