dui distributor question

i just installed a marine dui distributer on 5.7... how do i hook up shift interrupter? i know where to hook up tach wire... i replaced a thundervolt system. thanks

Negative side of coil if a external coil is used. If no external coil then the positive wire feeding the ignition.
