Dt 65 no spark on bottom 2

"hi i have posted before under the heading mistake.i have checked spark and have spark on top plug only, checked plugs and are fine,opened remotes and found kill swicth has been disconnected?? plugged wires back in and still the same does the kill switch stop all 3 plugs or just some,the motor cranks and sneazes now and again but wont start,i know its proberbly some sort of safety but how do i reset i now have the engine in a deep tank so should be getting enough water.the two wires were black and green i also found a grey out but not sure if i moved it when opening box as the others were taped."

"Have you tried switching coils ?? This will tell you if your coil is bad. If I recall, there are 2 coils with 2 outputs each, so just swap the coils."

there are 3 coils top sparks but bottom 2 dont could it be 2 bad coils

"thanks i will try today,i have tried to talk to dealers over here in the uk but are not very helpfull i have been told by one that these engines are no good and suziki are not selling parts any more and to bin the engine ,it is in very good condition and i have seen a lot older engines still running fine the trade over here are very hard to deal with."

Tony you need to speak to P.A. Lynch in morpeth northumberland they are very good and they supply parts. 01670734555is there number. i concur with the other guys! had a mariner with same thing two out of three coil packs gone changed them bingo brand new engine around 20 qiud for coils (each)
