Dt 55 telltale question

I recently purchased a 1993 DT

I recently purchased a 1993 DT55 and the water that emits from the telltale is intermittant and at times is only a dribble. Is this normal or should it be a continuous flow?

I was told form previous owner

I was told form previous owner that the water pump was replaced. Is there anything else that could cause problem.

"these are replaced once a sea

"these are replaced once a season and if run dry can be destroyed in seconds so its better to at least check it and be sure, its your first step in trouble shooting.this is the most common problem."
