Dt 115 carb question

I recently bought a boat from a guy and I can't get it started. So far I've checked compression which is anywhere from 100-90psi. I took the carbs apart and did a quick spray down with carb cleaner and without replacing or taking any parts out of the carb. If I spray a shot of carb cleaner in the carbs and hit the key I can get it to run for a few seconds but that's it. Do I need to Tare the carbs all they way down and get a carb kit? I did look at carb kits but doesn't look like much than a few gaskets and 2 other small parts.
ThAnks

i have an update: I got the motor to run with car cleaner and it will start on its own now off gas but it does spudder and pop a little out of the exhaust. Do u think I should run it a little more to see if it comes out of it?

You have to be very carefull when you run a 2 stroke motor with possible plugged carburetor/s.----- Now some motors inject the oil straight into the motor and the carburetors use straight gas.-I am not sure on your motor since no model / serial # was posted.--Some mix it before it goes into the carburetors.----------Depending on how your motor is set up you should really make sure that the carburetors are clean.--Mechanic in a can does not work , you need to take them apart !----Remember that on many motors a plugged carburetor means less fuel going into a cylinder and less oil !!

I posted the model it's a dt115 suzuki and its oil injected, that I didn't post sorry. I think it wouldn't start because the lines had really bad gas in them. I have new gas in the can and I suppose I was trying to start it with crappy gas in the lines.
