Dry oil ports

1989 cobra does anybody know why there are three plugs in the intermediate case i took them out to chang the oil and dust came out

"If it is a Cobra, were 2 of them on the STBD side and one on the Port? If so they are water passage drains, shouldn't be dust in there and most of them when you remove them for winterizing nothing comes out as the Cobra does a good job of self draining."

thanks bob i figured they were

thanks bob i figured they were water ports they just sure looked like oil ports the way they were positioned. The powder was probably oxidation from the water here in Texas it does that to all aluminum. Thanks again
