1973 evinrude 60hp motor doesn

1973 evinrude 60hp motor doesnot maintain idle i clean the carb put in new fuel lines cleaned out the fuel tank. and same problom the carb are starving for gas i took out the float screw to see if the float was full none of the carb float had any gas the carb bowl had no gas im suspecting fuel pump what u think.

it was the pump i replaced it

it was the pump i replaced it and it idle but a little rough i dont know is becouse it in a bucket or i need to do adjustment to the carb. the idle screw i turn it counter clock wise and it settle a little bit. how is it turn the screw all the way in or how many turn out.thank for everything guys i meen it im making progress.
 
What's the model number of

What's the model number of that engine? I don't see a 1973 60hp model listed in my OMC Guide book.
