Hello,
I was simply draining the bowls on my carburetors and I dropped a screw. I have looked everywhere and cannot find it. They are non-magnetic screws so a magnet won't work. I even made a little vaccume hose and put it everywhere I could and cannot get the screw.
So my main question is could that screw go down into the gears or something that could do damage? If so is my best option to remove the whole outboard engine and tip it upside down to try to get it? I even took off the lower gear case but it doesn't look like it could have gotten into that part.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
