drive parts for pcm

i am looking for a spider gear that turns the lower unit in a pcm inboard\outboard stern drive. the serial number is D2251. or if all else fells is it possible to replace it with any other outer drive unit. 9( PLEASE HELP) 88sunliner 351W

i have a complete drive also have the PCM replacement trans for the BW1500

i am looking for the spider gears the drive the lower unit on the pcm could u give me a call 563-608-5895. I am also wanting to now if the is a replacement too change my pcm out if i cannt find the parts i need. hope to hear from u.

How much for the bw1500 alone? Is it 1:1?
