"Hi
am fairly new to the sterndrive concept and could do with a little advice, I have a Sealine 255 with twin AQ131c's.

If I look the drives from behind the boat, the drives appear to be looking slightly inward, is this normal??

Also the trim guage on the dashboard reads two different readings, I know that the port leg has been removed and overhauled, could have been installed out of alignment in both horizontal and verticle plains."

"When you say "inwards&#34

"When you say "inwards" do you mean that each drive is turned in slightly toward the centerline of the boat?

As for the trim readings, with the boat out of the water and each drive trimmed down fully, are the skegs at the same elevation?"

"If You extend the prop-shafts

"If You extend the prop-shafts, they should meet some 30m+++ behind the boat. A bit similar to the car's Toe-in when adjusting front wheels.
To 100% synchronize the trim-senders/instruments on 290 drives is next to impossible. Too much play in the gear and cam system on top of the helm. However a fine-tune might be done by adjusting (turning) the sender inside the transom on top of the steering shaft."
