Anybody have any tips on drill

Anybody have any tips on drilling Hardened Stainless Steel I am using Cobalt drills but they are getting worn out very quickly.

Go at a speed in which the drill cuts the metal.

Same rule applies to any metal machining...........

For any given material, there is a narrow range of "speed" (drill RPMs) and "feed", (pressure to advance the tool) that works. Start slow and light force... increase both gently until you start to "make chips". For small jobs, I prefer WD40 as a drill/tool coolant."

WD40 is flammable; a little too much heat and POOF! I use a drop of engine oil and an ice cube. You can drill thru a big ice cube and squirt oil under it w/a pump oiler.
