Dpa steering oil cooler ?

1991 dpa 5.7 Any idea where the second ground connects to off the oil cooler for the steering? One goes to bell housing which i have connected. 2 wires that connect to bolt at the steering/oil cooler transom shield. Can't upload pics saying to large?
