DP-C1 bonding wire to steering arm at top of drive?

Hi Gang,
I seem to remember a green bonding wire connected to the metal steering arm on my DP/C1 drive .I think the terminal was connected to the steering arm at the bolt which holds the trim sensor in place. I also forgot where the other end of the wire went, I presume the engine block. Does anyone know how this wire should be connected? Old age must be setting in.

Your right the block.There are 2 big rubber o-rings between the bellhousing and the drive and it grounds them together.J

This bonding wire actually bonds all three items. The collar steering fork "spindle arm", transom shield and engine block.
