" Hi I'm a shad Tree boat motor repair man or
a sort,and was woundering if I could use
the crank shaft from a 87 even though the bore
on the pistons are not the same ? Did omc use the same crank or change that when they stepped things up that next year .and while I'm asking
why bigger pistons more gas flow same horse power ?Is it the lower unit ,and the lack of change ? like I said I'm sort of a repair guy
