Just wondering if the 15 4 str

Just wondering if the 15 4 stroke has a rev limiter. Also does it have a charging system? It is manual start but I do not see any electrical conections on the outside of the motor for charging. Thanks B

Most motors are designed to hit a limit. Unless, of couse, someone has fiddled with the motor. Usually it's an electrical limiter or dynamically. In other words, the counter balances in the motor would prevent it from over-revving.

If there is no electric start, chances are slim for a charging system. They have two wires from the stator that would be connected to a rectifier / regulator and then to the battery to charge.
